- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
- 1 egg, beaten (for coating, optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeños (optional, for spice)

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers with a spoon.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, bacon (if using), and jalapeños (if using).
- Stuff each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
- For extra crunch, dip stuffed pickles in beaten egg and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray and air fry for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
