- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Pour milk into a blender.
- Add banana, berries, protein powder, yogurt, seeds, and vanilla.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add more milk to thin, or ice to thicken, as desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use ripe bananas and frozen berries for best texture and sweetness. Clean the blender right after use to avoid sticky residue!
