Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs until evenly incorporated.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
