Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake combining Oreo crust, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, caramel, and chocolate ganache for the ultimate indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 68 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
  • Additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add peanut butter, eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  6. Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
  9. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate ganache over the cheesecake.
  11. Top with additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups before serving.
