- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6–8 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- Additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate ganache over the cheesecake.
- Top with additional chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups before serving.
