Description

A quick and easy alternative to traditional cinnamon rolls, these Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are soft, buttery, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy snack!

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix in softened butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until dough forms.
  5. Press dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until well combined.
  7. Spread cinnamon filling evenly over the base layer.
  8. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the filling into the dough.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  11. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk; drizzle over cooled bars.
