- 1 lb beef stew meat (cut into cubes)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the beef on all sides.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until beef is tender.
