- 1 package of fresh or frozen ravioli (cheese, meat, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, ranch, or garlic butter.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free ravioli and breadcrumbs. Ensure ravioli are spaced out in the air fryer to allow even cooking.
