Description

Deliciously crispy ravioli bites made in the air fryer for a healthier twist. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 package of fresh or frozen ravioli (cheese, meat, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, ranch, or garlic butter.
