Description

These Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches are creamy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for busy weeknights, game-day gatherings, or casual dinners, this slow-cooked meal delivers juicy, ranch-infused chicken topped with melted cheddar cheese, all packed into a soft bun.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 sandwich buns
  • Optional: 6 slices crispy bacon, sliced pickles, avocado, or sautéed onions

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add it on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is fully cooked, use two forks to shred it directly in the crock pot.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture on sandwich buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a spicier kick, try using Pepper Jack cheese instead of cheddar. You can also serve the shredded chicken over rice, in wraps, or as a topping for baked potatoes.
