Description

Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake is a hearty, cheesy, and comforting meal made with tender steak, creamy potatoes, and rich seasonings. Perfect for a family dinner or gathering, this dish is effortlessly cooked in the slow cooker for maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. Place the cubed sirloin steak on top of the potatoes.
  3. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
  5. Set the Crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
  6. 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt.
  7. Stir in sour cream before serving for a creamy finish.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite garnishes like green onions or bacon bits.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding crispy bacon or a sprinkle of smoked paprika. You can also substitute the potatoes with cauliflower for a low-carb alternative!
