- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Place the cubed sirloin steak on top of the potatoes.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
- Set the Crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
- 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and allow it to melt.
- Stir in sour cream before serving for a creamy finish.
