Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is a tender, flavor-packed dish made with ranch seasoning, pepperoncini peppers, and butter. It’s an easy, delicious meal perfect for busy weeknights.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your Crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the pepperoncini juice.
- Place the sliced butter on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or in sandwiches.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more pepperoncini peppers or a splash of hot sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
