Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles (optional)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza or crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until cheese starts to melt.
- Roll out crescent roll or pizza dough into a rectangle, sealing any perforations if using crescent dough.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick rollups.
- Place rollups onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the mixture over each rollup and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
