Description

An irresistible combination of juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and a flavorful garlic Parmesan crust, all wrapped up in buttery biscuit dough. Perfect for family dinners, parties, or game-day treats!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the beef mixture, cooking until melted and blended.
  4. Cut biscuit dough into halves or quarters for desired size.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra indulgence, add bacon to the filling or serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or garlic aioli.
