- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the beef mixture, cooking until melted and blended.
- Cut biscuit dough into halves or quarters for desired size.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with extra Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra indulgence, add bacon to the filling or serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or garlic aioli.
