- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, spinach, and seasonings until well combined.
- Spread cooked spaghetti in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture over the pasta, spreading evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or substitute Pepper Jack cheese.
