  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare shrimp scampi by sautéing shrimp in olive oil, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and butter until pink and opaque.
  2. For pan-seared scallops, pat dry and sear in hot oil until golden; serve with lemon cream sauce.
  3. Mix Dijon, garlic, lemon zest, and herbs for salmon crust; bake until flaky.
  4. Broil lobster tails with garlic herb butter until opaque and lightly browned.
  5. Stuff mushrooms with seasoned crab mixture and bake until golden.
  6. Cook risotto, stirring constantly, then add shrimp, scallops, parmesan, and lemon zest.
  7. Grill swordfish and top with fresh mango salsa before serving.
