  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salt and pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties, making them slightly larger than your buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill each patty for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a separate pan, fry the bacon slices until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  6. Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.
