- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add thinly sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into equal strips (about 2 inches wide).
- Place a small portion of the Philly cheesesteak mixture onto each strip.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- Place the stuffed breadsticks on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
