Description

Tender pork chops slow-cooked in a creamy, zesty ranch sauce for a comforting and effortless meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
  3. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the ranch mixture over them.
  4. Add butter on top of the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
  6. Serve warm with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the pork chops in a skillet before adding them to the slow cooker.
