Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth. Add the oil and vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the self-rising flour and milk, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
